We know that the majority of our guests will need to fly to Orlando for the wedding. To get here, there are 2 main airports. As you plan travel in the winter time, keep in mind layover/connection times that may be affected by weather. We are also encouraging our guest to arrive no-later than Saturday, December 2nd to ensure you arrive in time for the festivities. The majority of flights from the west coast arrive in the evening after 4pm.

Located just 17 miles from Walt Disney World, Orlando International is the best choice for arrival. With all major airlines flying through here, everyone should be able to find a good flight.However, being the closest doesn't come without its challenges. MCO is one of the nations busiest airports and it truly shows, especially at Departure. When leaving we encourage people to plan to arrive at least 2 hours prior to flight times. With so many families flying in and out, it is not unheard of to have security lines be at least an hour (TSA Precheck is a lifesaver!!). Don't let any of this scare you though as you should all still have plenty of smiles as you head home after your amazing vacation!

While it is 79 miles off Disney property, it doesn't make it a bad option! Tampa is a modern airport that has wonderful amenities for its travelers. JD Power rated it #1 in Airport Satisfaction in the Large airports category in 2022. Travelers report a relaxed feel and an enjoyable experience.If you are planning to rent a car for your trip, you may be able to not only find lower rental car rates, but also much better flight prices! TPA serves nearly all major airlines and connects to several major destinations around the world.
