Other Attractions in the Area

Central Florida has so many things to see that many people are unaware of. Below is a quick summary of some of the other Major (And Minor!!) attractions in the area.

Sea World Orando Resort

With 3 different incredible attractions in Orlando, They all offer a unique experience:

Sea World
- Aquatic Animal Zoo/Theme Park filled with amazing creatures that lead conservation efforts, supported by roller coasters and other attractions.
Aquatica Water Park
- A great waterpark themed around some of Sea World amazing animals.
Discover Cove
- Unique park where you can snorkel with fish, float lazy river through a bird aviary, and even swim with dolphins!
- While we have not been yet, we do recommend this as many packages include admission to both Sea World and Aquatica!

Fun Spot Orlando

There are actually 2 in Orlando and they are Family Fun Centers on Steroids! They offer arcades, go-karting, and thrill rides! They use both an unlimited wristband, or a pay-per-ride model if you only want to do a few things. Admission to walk around is free and a ton of fun!

Gatorland

I don't think we need to explain much, but they have GATORS.With multiple attractions, animal experience and more, you can get your gator fill here!While we haven't been yet (Jordyn says no to Gators!) we have heard good things.

Legoland Florida

Located about 45 minutes south of Orlando, this theme park is great for the youngsters who love Lego's! They have both a theme park and water park all designed for those 10 and under.We do caution that unless you have young ones, this might not be the park for you (Even if you LOVE legos). The price is generally steep with not much for adults to do.

Busch Gardens Tampa

Another GREAT park if you like Coasters and Animals! With some of the nations greatest coasters all wrapped through amazing animal savannas, this is one of Chris' favorite places to visit.This park is about 90 minutes from Orlando, but worth the trip if you want to ride big coasters. If you're coming just for animals though and already have plans for an Animal Kingdom day you can skip this one as they will overlap with the animals you will see.
